On Saturday 28th of June, Brazilian rapper Laíz who fuses golden-age hip-hop with Afrobeat and jazz on her hit album, Ela Partiu (Agogo Records) will be taking over Organikka. Since moving to Germany in 2019, she has been making waves in the Berlin jazz scene, collaborating with global artists.

Her pan-African-influenced sound, rooted in tropicália and Brazilian music (such as Tom Zé and Marcelo D2), explores migration through personal experiences and guest musicians. Featuring artists from Cuba, Algeria, Brazil, and elsewhere, the album connects tropicalia, MPB, and hip-hop, evoking innovators like Marcelo D2 and Criolo.

**Joyful yet evocative, it's a global discotheque shaped by Laiz's unique trajectory.**
