**Who is in the room you are building?** The second gathering in the Disrupting the Matrix summer conversation series invites women and non-binary people to think about the people, spaces and communities that shape what becomes possible next.
After beginning with the lives we did not choose, this conversation turns towards the rooms we are now building: the people who show up for us, the conversations that change us, the spaces we return to, the communities we outgrow, and the ones we decide to create ourselves.
For women and non-binary folx navigating non-linear paths, the rooms we enter are never neutral. They shape what we can imagine, who we feel able to become, what we feel safe enough to say, and what futures feel possible.
Together, we’ll explore what it means for us to gather with intention: who we are building with, who is missing, what kinds of rooms we no longer fit inside, and what kinds of rooms we now want to make possible for ourselves and each other.
This is an intimate, facilitated conversation for women and non-binary people only, especially those thinking about belonging, reinvention, friendship, community and the futures we cannot build alone.
There will be no panel, no performance and no awkward networking energy — just prompts, conversation, food, drinks and space to connect in a room designed by and for women and non-binary people navigating transition, identity shifts and non-linear paths.
**This event is for women and non-binary people only.**
