Description
Join us for a nourishing journey through live cello meditation, yoga, intuitive movement, and deep relaxation.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation accompanied by Hadas Kleinman’s live cello, gently awakening the body through a yoga flow guided by Gili Saar. From there, we’ll open into free movement and ecstatic dance, carried by Gili’s live DJ set, before returning to the mat for a closing live cello meditation with Hadas.
Throughout the journey, the cello becomes a thread weaving each phase together, inviting us to soften, move, expand, release, and return.
Together, Hadas and Gili weave music, movement, and meditation into an immersive journey, creating a space to soften, awaken, express, and simply be.
No experience is needed.
