Le 1er octobre prochain, on se retrouve pour un concert live ravivant l’héritage des Mukhannathun avec NIKOTINE BEIRUT accompagnée de musicien.nes sur scène.

NIKOTINE (arabe : نيكوتين بيروت) est une autrice-compositrice-interprète libano-canadienne et artiste de cabaret « arabesque glam-rock », basée entre Toronto et Montréal. Co-créatrice de CABARET: The Dancing Djinn - un spectacle de théâtre musical queer arabe qui se réapproprie la tradition médiévale des Mukhannathun - Nikotine sortira son premier album en 2027.

Une partie des bénéfices sera reversée au fonds de solidarité de @Wassla.ngo, association d'autosupport engagée à créer un espace sûr et inclusif pour la communauté #LGBTQIA+ issue du monde arabe (#SWANA).

On October 1, join us for a live concert with NIKOTINE BEIRUT reviving the legacy of the Mukhannathun accompanied by a live band on stage.

NIKOTINE (Arabic: نيكوتين بيروت) is a Lebanese-Canadian singer-songwriter and “arabesque glam-rock” cabaret artist based between Toronto and Montréal. Co-creator of CABARET: The Dancing Djinn - a queer Arab musical theatre spectacle reclaiming the medieval Mukhannathun tradition - Nikotine's debut album is set to release in 2027.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the solidarity fund of @Wassla.ngo, a mutual support association committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for the #LGBTQIA+ community from the Arab world (#SWANA).
