Formed somewhere between Brussels and Paris in late 2025, Coup Dur brings together Clémence, Avril, and César. The trio traces a delicate yet electrifying line between the brashness of 1960s girl groups and the lo-fi romanticism of 1980s soft punk. Their tracks—short and sung in French—deliberately cultivate a kind of primitivism that highlights the irony and naivety of their lyrics.
