join us for a 4-hour guided ecstatic dance experience at o jardim, designed to take you from connection and grounding through to free movement, music and stillness.

we begin gently, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can get comfortable with the space and one another. Milo, our facilitator, will guide you through an opening meditation and playful ice breaker, helping you loosen up, connect and start moving.

from there, Milo will transition you into the dance as Berger Live takes over for a 2-hour dj set, tuned entirely to 432hz. a carefully crafted musical journey through different rhythms and energies, giving you the freedom to move, express yourself and let the music lead the way.

as the dance comes to a close, Milo will bring everyone back together for some live music and a closing meditation, giving you time to slow down, ground yourself and return to stillness.
