Chessboxing fans, get ready to raise a stein for your favourite sport this autumn. A variety of chessboxing stars are preparing to give you the most entertaining evening of live sport at London's Scala nightclub. Ready your leather shorts; we will have our usual team of talent!

Chessboxing is a wild mix-up of two of mankind’s oldest sporting obsessions. Opponents slug it out on the chessboard and in the ring in alternating rounds of chess and boxing until there is a winner by checkmate or KO, whichever comes first.

Chessboxing has been described as both nerd-fighting and the ultimate sporting challenge of the 21st Century.
