Emotive, atmospheric and beat-driven tuneage, sitting somewhere between trip-hop, electronica, slowcore and shoegaze. Idioteque is one of the most unique projects on the scene at the moment operating as a form of collective and featuring a wide array of personnel who have become regular members both on recordings and live shows.

Expect revolving vocalist appearances, audiovisual eyecandy, ambience, samples and some of the most brain scratching soundwaves your cranium has ever been exposed to all directed by Idioteque’s own unique vision.

Idioteque’s music has been supported internationally, with airplay on major stations including BBC Radio and FIP, while receiving press and playlist coverage from the likes of Spotify Editorial, Skiddle’s ‘Get To Know’ series, Still Listening Magazine’s hype list for 2026, Clunk Magazine, DMY, and Static Sounds Club, alongside a broad network of independent radio and curator platforms.
