Bringing together young creatives and voices from culture, creative education and youth work, our panel will explore everything from work experience and professional networks to affordable spaces and meaningful paid opportunities. Is getting young people into any job enough? What does a meaningful first opportunity look like? And what can we learn from generations who created their own routes into culture?

Alongside the discussion, enjoy a live performance from emerging musical talent, explore the Museum’s collections and meet others working across culture, media and the creative industries.
