Concentric Records returns to Berlin for the second edition of its live showcase at Zenner, continuing its exploration of immersive, genre-defying music. Staying true to the label’s vision, the event unites artists who navigate the spaces between sound, identity, and collective experience.

At the forefront is Gigi Masin, the Venetian composer and ambient music pioneer. With a career stretching back to the 1980s, Masin’s deeply emotional and improvisational compositions are characterized by serene atmospheres and delicate soundscapes. His ability to transport listeners into a world of calm reflection has made him a beloved figure in experimental music circles.

Also performing live is Temple Rat, a rising electronic artist from China who merges the ancient with the contemporary. Known for integrating traditional Chinese instruments like the guqin with modern ambient and electronic elements, her music evokes spiritual and mystical themes. Temple Rat’s performances are immersive, offering listeners a transcendent journey that blends ancient sounds with ethereal modernity.

On the decks, Marco Shuttle will deliver one of his signature deep and atmospheric sets. Shuttle is known for creating richly textured, hypnotic soundscapes that oscillate between dark, industrial and more experimental tones.

Opening the night will be Concentric Records’ own Simone Merli and Born In 1986, who will deliver experimental ambient DJ sets. As label founders, their sets reflect the eclectic and boundary-pushing ethos of Concentric Records, blending field recordings, deconstructed rhythms, and soundscapes that defy categorization.
