Description

In the UK there are around three-quarters of a million people living with OCD at any one time. Though often misunderstood in the mainstream that discusses those having OCD as 'clean freaks', the truth is that OCD is extremely debilitating and those who suffer are often plagued by intrusive thoughts.

In this talk, we will delve into the scientific and psychological aspects of OCD, exploring the brain functions and patterns that contribute to the disorder. We will discuss the latest research findings and provide insights into the different types of OCD, as well as effective techniques for managing and overcoming OCD.

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!
