Join us for the relaunch of Groove Verse, an electrifying evening where pre-rehearsed spoken word performances meet the spontaneous brilliance of improvised jazz. Set in the intimate and bohemian atmosphere of the Toulouse Lautrec Jazz Club, this event promises never-to-be-repeated moments of musical mayhem and lyrical wizardry.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an open mic night, we have a pre-selected line up of performers.

Exciting Competition: Four guest poets will perform their pre-rehearsed pieces, competing for your votes. The audience’s favorite will earn a headline spot in the next Groove Verse show.

Headline Acts: Enjoy extended sets from renowned spoken word artists who have captivated audiences nationwide.

World-Class Musicians: Our band comprises musicians who have graced stages with icons like Celeste, Arlo Parks, and Rex Orange County. Their improvised soundscapes will elevate the spoken word performances to new heights.
