Based in San Francisco and Los Angeles, Topographies was founded by Justin Oronos, Jeremie Ruest, and Gray Tolhurst. Their sonic journey began with ethereal shoegaze and dreampop, evolving into a distinctive coldwave sound showcased in their debut album Ideal Form (2020). Topographies’ most recent LP, Interior Spring, was released in 2024 via Dark Entries Records.
