Grief is a profoundly personal journey that can arise from various forms of loss, whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or a major life transition. Understanding the complexities of grief can empower you to navigate your emotions and find pathways to healing. Join us for an insightful and compassionate talk where we will explore the emotional landscape of grief and loss through the lens of psychological theories and personal experience.
We will dive into key theories of grief, including Freud’s Theory of Mourning, Jung’s Perspective on Grief, and we will examine the well-known five stages of grief model—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance, offering a framework for understanding the emotional responses that often accompany loss. Join us in this journey of understanding and healing. You are not alone.
