The Monsters

The Monsters are a riotous, 200mph three-piece\* punk outfit, formed in the city of Bern, the sleepy smalltown capital of Switzerland.

But how does one describe The Monsters? Garage rock? Certainly. Psychobilly? They have elements of it. Trash? Definitely, but that doesn’t capture their full essence. Punk? Absolutely. Grindcore, rockabilly, boogie, metal… Yes, exactly. They’re all that, and more: kind, grateful, hilarious, energetic, no-holds-barred rock‘n’roll, 187% no top 100 shit, simple One-Riff-Trash.

The Monsters played Europe, Asia, las Americas, Africa and everywhere in between with greats like Guitar Wolf, Death, The Sonics, Ty Segall and Black Lips in countless fancy places like CBGBs and DIY punkholes around the world as well as festivals like Speedfest, Cosmic Trip, Sjock, We’re Loud Fest (Asia, Africa), Bad Bonn Chilbi, Muddy Roots and many more. They played on a whole lot of recordings and will release their latest, newest, most recent and most exciting platter in late 2026, followed by tours-a-gogo through the world. Because this is just what they do.
