Description

Opportunities for gratitude surround us—whether it’s a stranger’s thoughtful gesture, a moment of calm, or the people who bring joy to our lives. Yet, while gratitude has the power to transform our perspective, we don’t always feel or express it in ways that have the most impact.

In this talk, Mariko Visserman will explore how gratitude can enhance our health, happiness, and our relationships. She’ll reveal what sparks genuine gratitude and how expressing it can deepen our connections, offering practical ways to make others feel truly valued in our lives. Mariko will challenge some common myths about gratitude and examine its benefits and potential pitfalls through a cultural lens. By the end, you’ll gain insights into cultivating gratitude and authentic appreciation for the people and moments that matter most.

**Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!**
