Description

Kick off the new year with clarity and insight into one of the most talked-about topics in health and nutrition: veganism. Join us this Veganuary for an engaging talk presented by Dr Emily Prpa, nutritionist and leading expert in diet and health research.

In a landscape full of mixed messages and conflicting information about plant-based diets, Dr Emily Prpa will cut through the noise, sharing the latest, evidence-based research on veganism's impact on overall health, including its benefits, potential challenges and optimal practices. Importantly, Emily herself is not vegan, which allows her to present an unbiased perspective focused solely on what the science reveals. This talk isn’t just for vegans; it’s designed for everyone—from long-time vegans to those curious about plant-based eating. Join us for engaging insights, myth-busting research, and a Q&A session to answer your pressing questions.

**Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!**
