Our Time Is Now!

Presenting our next daytime party in one of London's most exciting and perfectly formed venues.

Our Time Is Now! is a monthly Saturday afternoon party brought to you by Wah Wah 45s label boss and renowned DJ Dom Servini with special guests joining him for a session for dancers and sedentary music lovers alike, celebrating the music they love. Whether it's disco, dance floor jazz, Northern Soul or even a touch of bruk, house or hip hop, it's all fair game at this new open-minded session.

Think Dingwalls meets The Loft and you get the idea of what we are aspiring to!

Rise, at Goldsmiths Student Union, is the perfect venue for this bi-monthly meeting of minds, bodies and souls, with its gorgeous wooden dance floor, bespoke Funktion One sound system and not forgetting a very reasonably priced student bar!

Following on from a run of successful sessions, we do it all over again on Saturday November 22nd, kicking off at 1pm, and this time Dom is joined not only by the original crew - worldwide tastemaker and revered international DJ Patrick Forge and South London superstars Handson Family.

Caribbean food will once again be served up by Brixton based kitchen, Rapchar and we’ll have records for sale too!

London has spoken and we've listened. We need more parties like this, and the right places to do them, and Rise is just that.

Entry is just £5 in advance, £3 for NUS and a little more on the door after 4pm.
