Celebrating all sounds of the old Caribbean. DJ's playing Lovers Rock, Reggae classics, and new and old school dancehall tunes all night. Last entry 4 pm sharp. Food available on the day.

**Jerk Pit Chicken**

Marinated chicken in our homemade rub, chargrilled, topped with fiery bay jerk sauce, hints of thyme, allspice, scotch bonnet, and more. Served with white rice and Sunshine salad.

**Jerk Macaroni Cheese**

Homemade vegetarian Jerk Macaroni Cheese topped with Plantain and panko crumb served with jerk sauce and Sunshine salad.

**Curry Goat**

Marinated in toasted aromatic spices, turmeric, thyme, garlic and scotch bonnet for a subtle depth of Authentic Caribbean flavour. Served with white rice and Sunshine salad.

**Jerk Salmon**

Pan-fried, skin-on Salmon fillet with herbs and spices in jerk sauce. Served with white rice and Sunshine salad.

**Jamaican-style Vegetable Curry (Vegan)**

Jamaican-style vegetarian curry, flavoured with a jerk spice blend. Served with white rice and Sunshine salad.

Doors open at 12:30

Food served from 13:00 pm

We encourage "Party Only" guests to enter from 14:00pm.

Doors close at 4 pm.

Event ends at 5 pm.
