After the first two jam packed sessions Zaperoco returns to continue its mission of celebrating Colombian 'Picotero' soundsystem culture once again at the intimate environs of Peckham's Carpet Shop.

Get ready for an unforgettable night of infectious Afro-Caribbean dance beats and to immerse yourself in the heart and soul of Colombian 'Picotero' soundsystem culture with international special guests, Paris based Colombian DJ La Niña Gina whose founder of El Elegante party and Turin based sound system pioneers Turbomaradona, who have both been prominent in championing the Picó music and culture in Europe.

Originating from the vibrant hubs of Barranquilla and Cartagena, the Picós embody the rich African traditions of Colombian Caribbean DJ culture. Picture Soukous seamlessly morphing into Champeta, interwoven with influences ranging from Afro-disco to the timeless classics of tropical music like Salsa and Vallenato.
