Disco Tehran — Nowruz Party in London

After a long absence, Disco Tehran lands back in their historic London home, The Jazz Cafe. And they couldn’t have picked a better date to come back…

We’ll be jointly celebrating Nowruz, the first day of the Iranian/Persian New Year, as well as the first official first day of Spring!

For those who don’t know: Disco Tehran is a multi-cultural dance party and live performance project that connects the dots between present day NYC to the lost-but-not-forgotten 1970s discotheque scene from Tehran.

This night explores warm, groovy household throwbacks and rare music from the Middle East, the Asian continent, Latin America, Africa, and more, as they join different cultures together and allow connection through the dance.
