HUNGAMA

HUNGAMA — founded by cultural curator Ryan Lanji — is London’s legendary queer Bollywood rave, described as “the Indian Studio 54.” Born in 2017, HUNGAMA has become a movement celebrating South Asian identity, queerness, and nightlife through unapologetic joy, music, and spectacle.

Blending Bollywood classics with cutting-edge club culture, HUNGAMA has created a space where queer South Asians and allies can dance, express, and thrive. From sweaty underground dance floors to festival stages at Glastonbury, collaborations with major fashion houses, and unforgettable Pride takeovers, HUNGAMA continues to reimagine what a party can be: a cultural revolution wrapped in glitter, rhythm, and radical inclusivity.
