In Motion: Pilates & Yin with Annie + Live DJ

In Motion is a unique class that begins with an energising Pilates flow, building core strength, stability, and connection. After a juicy full body workout, we’ll transition into Yin Yoga, where longer holds and deep stretches invite release, relaxation, and integration. Our movement journey is complimented by an ambient and eclectic soundscape; with tracks to match the motion and mood.

Expect fluid movement, deep restoration, and an unforgettable sonic experience designed to enrich body, mind & soul.

20A Aromatherapy will be on hand with complimentary therapeutic scents and mini head massages offered during savasana (the last restorative yin pose) to leave you feeling totally blissed out at the end of class.

Ace Pizza! Enjoy a slice for some post movement fuel.

You’re welcome to stay, hang out, catch up with friends or make some new pals after practice. There will be a bar serving non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, and the DJ will still be playing tunes for those who fancy a dance, after limbering up during Pilates.

This session is suitable for beginners, no prior experience is needed, we just ask that you bring your own mat and recommend a warm layer (jumper, socks) for Yin (we can get a bit chilly as our heart rate slows down).
