Through an intimate and guided vulva casting experience, self-portrait vision boarding, and open conversations on body love, we’ll explore what it means to see ourselves as art. You’ll leave with a tangible representation of your beauty, a vision board that affirms your essence, and a deeper connection to your body

🌸 What to Expect:

✔ DIY Vulva Casting Session: Get hands-on and create your very own vulva cast to take home—a personal, empowering keepsake of your body as art. We will also take a fun, informative walk-through of vulval anatomy, celebrating the beautiful variety of body types while breaking down harmful stigmas.

✔ Self-Portrait Vision Boarding – Capture yourself in a Polaroid and create a vision board that reflects your energy, desires, and affirmations.

✔ Guided Discussion & Body Celebration – A safe and intimate space to explore self-love, body acceptance, and reclaiming your narrative.

✔ Affirmation & Journaling Exercises – Rewrite your body story, speak life into yourself, and embrace your unique beauty.

The workshop is faciliated in a way that is private and non-exposing, and the process is carried out by you, to you.
