What does it mean to truly eat healthy in the age of convenience foods, protein powders and fad diets? With so much conflicting information out there, it’s hard to know what’s actually good for you. Protein has become the star of the health and wellness conversation and yet, many of us still aren’t getting the nutrients we really need.
Join Dr Rupy for an expert-led discussion about the latest science on protein and its powerful role in improving your health. Discover how a protein-rich diet can support healthy aging, boost energy levels, balance hormones, and even protect against disease. He’ll also share practical advice on calculating your personal protein needs and tips for incorporating it into vibrant, nutrient-rich meals.
**Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm.**
