MOMO. fa parte della recente generazione di artisti influenzati dai classici brasiliani, dalla tropicália degli anni '70, dagli Os Mutantes a Milton Nascimento. Lo scorso ottobre ha pubblicato il suo settimo album **Gira** (Batov Records), progetto registrato al Total Refreshment Center di East London che riunisce artisti brasiliani e vari musicisti della vivace scena jazz londinese. Hanno collaborato al disco, tra gli altri, Alabaster DePlume al sax tenore, Jessica Lauren alle tastiere, Tamar Osborn al sax baritono, Nick 'Emanative' Woodmansey alla batteria, Carwyn Ellis dei Rio 18 al pianoforte, Magnus Mehta dei Penya alle percussioni e Caetano Malta al basso.

MOMO. presenterà Gira dal vivo accompagnato da una band di 4 elementi.
