No90 presents: Botanic Soundsystem

Botanic Soundsystem was born from the journey of two music enthusiasts. Døriva and Léo Andreazza have been longtime friends, deeply connected through their shared passion. They met in 2011 and, to this day, share the same peculiarities when it comes to musical taste.

Døriva has built a solid career and has been deeply involved in the Brazilian electronic scene for over a decade. In addition to being a resident at the iconic São Paulo club D-EDGE, he has always been at the forefront of musical movements in Santa Catarina. In 2019, during a trip to Europe, he performed in Romania, the United Kingdom, and France.

Léo is a devoted music researcher and a lifelong fan of Jazz and Soul. He has always navigated the world of art, whether as a DJ or by producing historic moments—such as the magical Quinto Sol festival, featuring none other than Ricardo Villalobos.

Botanic Soundsystem is the musical arm of Botanic, a party label they both created to break the boundaries of the ordinary. This project is the pure distillation of years of dedication—an expression of their love for music.
