One Mic Stand

One Mic Stand is Young Identity's flagship slam night. One Mic Stand brings together Manchester’s spoken word and music scene for a night of competitive performances.

Poets are given three minutes each to wow industry judges with their words and delivery to win the title and a cash prize. A night of music headliners, poets and stellar performance poetry - tickets sell out quickly, so make sure you don't miss out!

**Ragz-CV**

Ragz-CV is a spoken word artist from Brixton, South London and has been performing on stages across the world for over 14 years at venues such as Brixton O2 Academy, Trafalgar Square, Fairfield Halls and Kia Oval to name a few and as seen on MTV, BBC Radio, The Voice, Huffington post, London Live and Channel 5 to name a few.

**GVANI⁠**

GVANI is a young, incredibly talented artist who has been honing his craft from a young age. Refining his unique and emotive sound, at just 13 years old, he released his first song, earning praise for his ability to translate the images in his mind into powerful experiences for his audiences.

With sounds inspired by the likes of artists such as Don Toliver & Tame Impala, GVANI's music is versatile, melodic and constantly evolving.
