**Violin master Akram Abdulfattah, brings his mesmerising fusion of Middle Eastern, Indian, and Jazz music, to Grand Junction!**

Akram is an acclaimed, young Palestinian-American violinist who combines jazz with Middle Eastern and Indian music. He is influenced by Hindu, Turkish, and Persian styles, reflecting the rich legacy and culture of oriental sounds in a modernised fashion, with Western folk and even rock influences.

Akram and his multinational 5 piece group have toured the UK for several years, building an enthusiastic fan base, and are looking forward to returning this summer and making his Grand Junction debut! His latest album Abu Kenda has received rave reviews, include \*\*\*\* in Songlines magazine.
