Van Zon have been carving a space for their very own brand of folk-tinged experimental

post rock in Brighton. With versatile multi-instrumentalists playing over the ethereal

timbres o f electronic drones, they "possess an endless impressive ability to adapt their

sound to stunning results”. After a promising 2024 of capturing audiences and firmly

establishing themselves on the Brighton and London live circuit, they sold out their first

headline show a t the iconic venue, Green Door Store, as well as performing with bands

across a plethora of genres; The New Eves, Man/Woman/Chainsaw, Shovel Dance

Collective, Ditz and pencil.

Glasshouse Red Spider Mite: Growing up together in Devon, and initially forced together by the encouragement of a secondary school music teacher, Glasshouse Red Spider Mite began in earnest in 2023 in Brighton. Their first two singles in 2024 created a buzz in the local scene and industry; with this EP they have attempted to create their first signature body of work, and plant their flag in the ground. ‘What Do You Mean The Monster?… Hahaha’ came out on 21st May and this show is a celebration of its release.
