**ZONE 1 – WARM UP**
Check-in, grab a pre-workout or get your braids done, meet your captain.
**ZONE 2 – CARDIO (Powered by Wattbike)**
Spin to DNB. 8 minutes, 6 Wattbikes per team, tap in, tap out. Generate maximum power.
**ZONE 3 – FUNCTIONAL CIRCUITS (Powered by RAM)**
House beats, 8 minutes of relay circuits: sit-ups, overhead reverse lunges, thrusters, deadlifts & lateral lunges.
**ZONE 4 – METABOLIC CONDITIONING (Powered by Concept2)**
Dance & rap fuel your endurance. 16 minutes: SkiErg, bear crawls, rower & burpees. 4 mins on, 2 mins rest. All-out effort.
**ZONE 5 – THE AFTERS**
Celebrate with your team, soak up the Courtyard afterparty, and refuel with drinks, DJs, and dancing.
