**ZONE 1 - WARM UP**

6 minutes to get loose: mobility, activation, quick demos (House)

**ZONE 2 — CARDIO (Wattbike)**

12 minutes on Wattbikes. Switch as you like. Distance tracked (Drum & Bass)

**ZONE 3 — FUNCTIONAL (Primal)**

120 kettlebell swings + 60 burpees, then SkiErg for distance. One works; one hypes (Hip-Hop/RnB)

**ZONE 4 — STAMINA**

Sandbag lunges + shuttle sprints (YGIG). Grit + pacing. Reps + metres tracked (Tech House)

**ZONE 5 — THE FINISHER (Concept2)**

12 minutes on the rower. All-out effort. Log your score and hit the leaderboard (Tech House)
