Generation W Presents Leva 57

On Tuesday 10th June join us for Generation W's first ever DJ lead event and to welcome it in we have a very special guest DJ - Leva 57.

Having originally collaborated with Olympic champions, Dames and Grammy winners, the Generation W platform has grown to put on live music shows on featuring 100s of independent women musicians from over 30 countries, with thousands attending Generation W events everywhere from New York City to London. Now Generation W invites you down to experience a Summer party celebrating sounds that define a new generation as well as classic anthems of the most iconic and unique women musicians of all time, ranging from RnB, Soul, Hip-Hop and alternative, there will be music for all to enjoy as well as people from very different backgrounds to meet.

This months special guest DJ is Leva 57:

Originally from Italy, Leva has lived in New York, London, Milan, Barcelona and other major cities around the world, where she has become a leading DJ in Hip-Hop, opening for Hip-Hop legends such as Kurtis Blow and The Furious Five. At Generation W, Leva will be DJ'ing from 9 until 11 a mix of legendary women in Hip-Hop, expect to hear everything ranging from MC Lyte to Missy Elliot, as well as exclusive plays of women in Hip-Hop around the world Generation W has worked with such as Elewa (USA), Felukah (Egypt) and Nyota Parker (South Africa)
