**BIO:** Ariane Barnes is a singer-songwriter & traditional Mauritian percussionist with a five octave range, singing in Mauritian Kreol, English and French. Her music reflects on themes of matriarchy, perception, cultural identity & belonging. She has been in Olivier Award-winning shows, worked with renowned international artists, and released music. Her work has been featured on The BBC, at the Tate Modern Museum and on international radio.
