Join neighbours, strangers and everyone in between for an obodo community film screening celebrating Refugee Week!
We invite you to come alone or with friends, and experience a selection of short films that explore the theme of 'community as a superpower'. The evening will blend conversation with cinema, and allow you to share a drink with friendly faces, discover stories of migration through art, and ground yourself in the joy of community.
The films invite us to celebrate the diverse way we build and sustain our communities, and have been provided through a collaboration between Counterpoints Arts and Other Cinemas – two organisations who work across intersections of racial justice, migration, and climate.
A better future is built together - let's begin!
