THE OTHERLND: Launch Event at Loom Club

Introducing THE OTHERLND, a brand-new monthly Sunday residency curated by The Wills, DJ and recording twin artists known for their soulful, African-inspired sound. Launching at LOOM Club in Islington (just off Essex Road Station), THE OTHERLND offers a fresh alternative to the typical weekend, a cozy, conscious lounge party designed for connection, creativity, and community.

Each edition will feature live DJ sets by The Wills alongside a rotating lineup of guest DJs and artists, bringing vibrant, genre-blending energy to the space. Performances will be videotaped to capture the event’s intimate, rhythmic spirit.

More than just a party, THE OTHERLND is rooted in a sense of home, warm, inclusive, and welcoming to all. The vibe is laid-back and family-friendly, with children and animals welcome, transforming the club into a relaxed living-room-style sanctuary filled with good people and even better music.

Adding to the experience, the launch event includes a special collaboration with Blackstock Kitchen. Their trained chef will be preparing a plant-based menu live from the LOOM kitchen, offering seasonal, nourishing vegan dishes that complement the musical atmosphere.
