Her songs weave stark poetry, glimmering guitar, and field recordings into tactile soundscapes that reflect her adventures—from suburban childhood memories to mountain expeditions in the Dolomites and Himalayas. Trained as a choral scholar at Oxford, she uses her powerful, cathedral-filling voice—shivering, delicate and sometimes terrifying—to explore themes of place, memory, and spirituality.
