A new rooftop yoga experience with a live DJ set against the Lisbon skyline.

After a sold-out launch weekend, we're back with the second edition!

THE FLOWSTATE ETHOS:

As a DJ and yoga teacher, our founder Kevin Swindells is endlessly fascinated by the connection between the rhythms of the body, nature, and music. There’s something powerful about syncing breath and movement — but when it all lines up with the beat of the music too? That’s when the real magic happens!

Flowstate is an invitation to explore this intersection — a space where music and movement come together, and where breath, body, and focus align to help you find your natural rhythm, elevate your practice — and drop into your Flowstate.

In partnership with IDB Rooftop by Mirari — Lisbon’s most creative rooftop — we’re bringing all these elements together in a unique, all-levels yoga experience designed to move you, inside and out.

THE PRACTICE

🧘‍♂️ Please bring your own yoga mat! We’ll have a few spares — DM @kevin_swindells on Insta if you need one.

This is an all-levels flow, but expect to work up a sweat and challenge yourself. We'll begin with a grounding meditation, then move through a 60-minute dynamic Vinyasa flow, weaving in breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation - all in sync with the music.

The intention is to get out of your head, into your body, and tap into that deep, focused awareness we call Flowstate.

THE MUSIC:

Music has the power to transform and transcend, and it's a central part of the Flowstate experience.

We'll harness the power of sound by inviting some of Lisbon's most eclectic and sought-after selectors to share their deepest, most cosmic records to help transport us to new depths of practice.

This won't be your regular yoga studio music. Expect a mix of global, textured, deep and nuanced sounds to harness the energy of the class, shift your vibration and take you on a journey.

The intention is to create a unique soundscape to allow people to fully immerse themselves in the experience, the flow, and the present moment.

THE SOCIAL:
