AMPLIFY BARRE AT IDB ROOFTOP BY MIRARI

Join us on August 9th at 9:30 am for a 50-minute Barre class led by Amplify’s powerhouse coach Diana S., set against the stunning skyline views of the IDB Rooftop by Mīrārī.

Expect to feel the burn and sculpt like a dancer — no ballet shoes or experience required. Our Barre practice blends intensity and control through low-impact, high-burn movements perfect for every body.

You’ll move, flow, and pulse through a full-body workout that fires up muscles you didn’t know you had.

What’s included?

You don’t need to bring anything: We'll have your mat ready with ankle weights, bands, dumbbells, and a pilates ball.
