Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp & Kulku:
Unique double-headliner show in Berlin
Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp – Ventre Unique
Formed by Vincent Bertholet in Geneva in 2006, Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp (OTPMD) is a shape-shifting collective blending African rhythms, krautrock, post-punk, and folk into a rich, organic sound. Their sixth album Ventre Unique, out on Bongo Joe Records, explores themes of unity and shared humanity with driving grooves, marimba, horns, and layered vocals.
Recorded near Paris with 12 international musicians, the album reflects a spirit of collaboration rooted in Geneva’s punk and squat scenes. With new contributors like François Marry and Mara Krastina, OTPMD continue to evolve while holding onto their core vision: simplicity, collectivity, and emotional power through communal music.
Kulku – Reset To Be
Berlin-based collective Kulku return with Reset To Be, a hypnotic fusion of acoustic experimentation, jazz-infused rhythms, and krautrock spirit. Blending harmoniums, xylophones, scrap metal, and soulful sax, the band continues their 20-year journey into what they call No-Age Krautrock. This follow-up to their sold-out debut Fahren features 5 new tracks and arrives in early 2024 via Phase Group.
