Born in Cambridge with Norwegian roots, Fran Lusty has carved out a space in the London's indie-folk scene with her soul-stirring sound. Since her debut single Ladybird in 2021, Fran's music has earned praise for its dreamlike quality and emotional depth. Championed by Jess Iszatt from Radio 1 and Matt Plumb from BBC Introducing Cambridgeshire and Essex as 'Ones to Watch 2025', the 6-foot singer-songwriter continues to establish herself as a unique voice in contemporary folk - intimate, inventive, and deeply human. This year, Fran Lusty is releasing her third EP, Big Old House, which may be her most resonant work to date, sharing some of her richest storytelling and nature-inspired songwriting yet.
