Rope 101

**This is an 18+ event is for those who identify within the "FLINTA" (Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non Binary, Trans and Agender) umbrella.**

Ready to start your rope journey? Come and explore the fundamentals in a FLINTA**\-focused** space with this rope 101 class with Sophia. You'll walk away with the basic skills and inspiration to continue getting creative with rope.

We will cover:

Basic anchor points to help you start with confidence

Tips and tricks for smoother rope handling

Creative ways to experiment with your new skills for playful restriction and sensation

This session will be grounded in thinking about communication, consent, and body awareness as we learn the practical fundamentals.

Solo, partnered, and all constellations are welcome for this session, you can self-tie or work with another person for this class. It's possible for solo participants to work together, but it's not obligatory.

Access:

The store is all ground floor with no stairs or lips to get in. There are also double doors that can also be opened as needed. Please let us know in advance if you require both doors to be open.

We have seating available at different heights.

The bathroom isn’t fully accessible but is larger than an average toilet stall.

Inside the store it is spacious and easy to move around freely.

The nearest station is Shadwell which is step free.

The venue has access to one parking space, please let us know if you require this.
