Morchella + Sirene

MORCHELLA is an emerging alternative indie artist whose music blends atmospheric textures with honest, emotive songwriting. Originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine, she studied at the city's Institute of the Arts before teaching herself piano, guitar, and production. Her previous releases have received press coverage from The Line of Best Fit, Wonderland and Beat Magazine and have been featured on BBC prime-time television. In 2020, she released The Woman of Now EP, recorded and mixed with Shuta Shinoda (Daughter, Anna Meredith). Her latest release, The Other Side, was added to Apple Music’s New In Alternative playlist in over 100 territories and featured in the DEC’s Ukraine appeal. Drawing influence from artists such as Wolf Alice and Lana Del Rey, Morchella’s sound combines haunting melodies, dynamic instrumentation, and a strong sense of narrative.

Yorkshire bred and SE London based SIRENE is an alternative singer-songwriter with haunting melodies and heartfelt lyrics. Drawing inspiration from her love of the sea, Sirene’s songs explore the complexities of life as a woman today, weaving personal narratives with unconventional ideas that challenge the norm.
