Join us for an insightful talk exploring how ADHD uniquely affects women – from late or missed diagnoses to the emotional toll of being misunderstood.
Despite growing awareness, many women are still overlooked or misdiagnosed due to outdated assumptions and gender bias. Drawing on the latest research and real-life experiences, we’ll unpack key topics including emotional regulation, masking, burnout and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria. We’ll also explore how hormonal changes can intensify ADHD symptoms – and what can be done to support wellbeing throughout these shifts.
This talk takes a neuro-affirming approach, offering practical strategies and insights to empower women to better understand themselves and advocate for the support they need.
**Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7:30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!**
