Have you ever wondered how our brains process and heal from life’s toughest moments? Many of us carry unresolved experiences - whether it’s a difficult breakup, childhood criticism, or a lingering fear – that can quietly block our confidence, relationships, or success.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a groundbreaking therapeutic approach designed to help people move past trauma, anxiety, and other emotional hurdles.
In this talk, you’ll discover how EMDR works by using a combination of focused attention and guided eye movements to “unblock” the trauma stored in the brain and release emotional pain. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR taps into the brain's natural ability to heal, offering relief often in a shorter timeframe. Join trauma expert Shelly Bradley-Scholey in exploring real-world success stories and explaining why EMDR has become a trusted tool for millions worldwide.
