**FRENCH DOGS**

Riding high on the buzz of their breakout singles Car Crash Lovers and A Day So Long - championed by John Kennedy (Radio X) and BBC Introducing - London’s French Dogs bring their sharp‑edged indie rock to Paper Dress Vintage on October 10th. Known for fusing raw, anthemic energy with a playful canine twist and that unmistakable je ne sais quoi, the band is carving out a bold space in the UK’s thriving 2025 indie scene. Expect driving guitars, visceral hooks, and the kind of heart‑on‑sleeve performance that marks French Dogs as one of the most exciting live acts around.

**GIFTHORSE**

Gifthorse are a North London-based band led by the songwriting partnership of Naomi Mann (lead vocals) and Charlie Butler (guitar, backing vocals). They set out to produce instantaneous and listenable songs which explore the romance and embarrassing disappointment of life as a 20-something in the capital. Enmeshing Mann’s classic pop vocal stylings with Butler’s fizzing, scuzzy guitar, their self-coined ‘’frazzled English pop’’ is borne out of observation rather than participation as they spin escapist tales of London, its nightlife and the characters they observe.

**STANDARD ISSUE**

Standard Issue is on a mission to revive the sound of rocks golden era. Bleeding the spirit of classic rock n roll with the melodic charm of britpop, their sound is both nostalgic and forward-looking. With their dynamic four piece set up, they deliver passion-filled energetic performances full of energy and heart. Every show is a chance to get a room full of people moving. Having been established only in February this year, they have quickly assumed their place in the london music scene, and are ready to take on what’s in store.
