Description

Sliding Doors presents a night of musical enlightenment, showcasing the most exciting emerging artists. Tickets are free but entry is first come first served, so arrive early to avoid disappointment. Performances from:

**Gracie Friel** https://www.instagram.com/gracie_friel/

Gracie Friel’s timeless brand of alt folk is driven by her unfiltered lyrics, haunting melodies, and the messy realities of being young. With a sharp sense of humour, she finds inspiration in everything around her, turning it into something deeply human and undeniably beautiful. For Gracie, bad situations make great stories, and even better songs.

**Dogsbody** https://www.instagram.com/dogsbodybody/

The brainchild of Mimi Jones, whose songwriting has been likened to Jeff Buckley, Elliott Smith and Mazzy Star, Dogsbody craft honest songs with grungy chord progressions; every note is purposeful and every lyric deliberate. Mimi’s jazz-imbued vocals and raw delivery bring the songs into their most intimate form.

**Henry Coke** https://www.instagram.com/henry.coke/

Henry Coke is an Artist and Producer from London. Born into a lineage of vicars and church leaders, Henry drifted from the religious constraints of the church to tackle meanings of faith and God out in the open. With choral music and huge cathedral-reverb vocal harmonies that dominate the backing vocals of almost every song, he finds the God that he’s lost in the secular music of Sufjan Stevens, Bob Dylan, Young Fathers and Low.
