The August List: Live In-Store

Local legends The August List grace our Cowley Road stage in celebration of the release of their brand new EP 'Sun Pinned On Ghost Sky', out 7th November. Entry for this event is free but we strongly encourage you to pre-order a copy of the EP!

‘Sun Pinned On Ghost Sky’ is the new EP from The August List. The six tracks were self-recorded by the band with the thought that if the world is turning into a crackling bin fire with folks shouting at each other over the top of it, they might as well get loud, get psyched and find lots of effects pedals that sound like their brains. In turn, a heavier, more cosmic sound was found for songs that reflect on the anxiety of living in strange times and the hope we can all somehow get through it.
