Hailing from Portsmouth, singer/songwriter Matt Hennessy blends his modern indie/alt rock influences with old school funk, soul and jazz - something established immediately with his energetic debut single, "Dumb Luck". This bossa-nova infused indie anthem was soon followed up with the funk driven tracks "Twist The Knife" and "Hooked" in early 2025. Thanks to support slots for acts such as Cassia, Tom A. Smith and Crystal Tides just to name a few, Matt has been able to build a small but dedicated fanbase - and he's only just getting started.
