Workshop — Printing Wishes, Trading Places

Lugar Específico and Rafaela Neto invite you to a meeting through art.

In this workshop, each participant is invited to transform a wish into a place — real or imagined — and to record it in an image that will accompany a message. Together, they’ll become a unique, handcrafted postcard.

A “Specific Place” can be a refuge, a memory, a landscape, a symbol, a person, a dream, or simply the space where you’d like to be right now. Through printmaking, you’ll give shape to that place of desire and share it with others.

At the end, the postcards will be exchanged anonymously, in a symbolic gesture of meeting and communion — a simple, human celebration that recalls the true spirit of Christmas: giving without consumption, offering without expectation. Who knows — perhaps the message you receive will bring surprising insights.

✨ You’ll learn a simple, sustainable printmaking technique using everyday, reusable materials — so you can keep creating easily at home.

✨ About the artist...

Rafaela is a multidisciplinary artist based in Lisbon. With a background in Fine Arts and a passion for exploring different techniques, she found in illustration the core of her artistic practice. Her work is rooted in memory and reflects a deeply personal and intimate world.

💰 Contribution: Choose consciously how much you wish to contribute — between €15 (essential) and €25 (abundant) per person.

(For parent–child pairs, the minimum suggested contribution is €25 for both.)
