Mercy Girl

Mercy Girl is sensory euphoria and contemplation.

Formed in 2024 by members Daisy Miles, Davey Purdie, Craig Harkness and Kylie MacNaughton, the Glasgow based electronic outfit explore themes of love, despair and the uncertainty of the human experience. Taking inspiration from EBM, Darkwave and Electro-Pop, Mercy Girl invokes both the solace of a dark empty highway, and the surrender of a neon-hazed dancefloor.

Since launching in November 2024, the band have amassed a global audience and a cult online following. Having their music regularly played at, and being used to promote dark scene club nights everywhere from Los Angeles to Berlin. The band sold out their debut headline show in The Hug and Pint in Glasgow and have shared the stage with Justin Warfield (She Wants Revenge) at a sold out Oslo in Hackney, London. Their latest single ‘No Sound’ was featured as Track of the Week on BBC 6 Music, alongside strong support from BBC Introducing Scotland with an Artist of the Week full feature.
